为了充分利用医疗、科研、教育空间功能,设计采用了”前场后区(On-Stage, Off-Stage)”的设计手法。高效的前区可满足多样的就医和科研需求,而安静的后区则提供了学习、协作和放松的空间。
The “On-Stage, Off-Stage" design approach optimizes medical care, research, and education space usage.The effective On-Stage area can meet various medical care and research needs, while the tranquil Off-Stage area is for education, corporation, and relaxation.
景观规划方面,B+H希望创造一个“医院中的公园,公园中的医院”,为科研引领临床突破的协作体系创造一个优美并且富有启发性的空间环境。
上海临床研究中心场地三面环水,北侧有城市沿河绿道,地理位置提供了丰富的自然和景观资源,在繁忙医疗科研机构中打造诗意横溢的公园。
The landscape design concept centers on "A Park in The Hospital, And A Hospital in The Park” , creating a beautiful and enlightening space for the research and clinical-centric campus.
The site is surrounded by water on three sides andadjacent to the city riverside greenway in the north. lts geographical location provides rich natural and landscape resources, creating a poetic park among busy medical and research institutions.
项目规划建设上海临床研究中心(研究型医院)和医学院区域,总建筑面积约为25万平方米,分三期建设。其中:
一期为总床位数500床的研究型医院,总建筑面积约为13.6万平方米,其中科研设施部分建筑面积3.7万平方米;
二期为医学院区域,总建筑面积约为4万平方米;
三期为扩建500床规模的研究型医院,总建筑面积约为7.4万平方米。
The project will feature research areas (including clinical research) and medical training areas, with a total floor area of 250,000 m², expected to be:
Phase l is for a 500-bed research-oriented hospital construction with a total floor area of 136,895 m², of which 37,200 m². will be dedicated to research.
Phase ll is for the medical training area, with a total floor area of about 40,000 m².
The third phase is for a 500-bed expanded research-oriented hospital with a total floor area of about 74,000 m².
项目设计将二期医学院部分体量放置在场地东北部,打造相对安静的教学空间。
二期与三期的南侧空地作为精心打造的宁静后区公园,充满了高低起伏的绿地、景观小品、步行小路、下沉庭院,室外露天剧场等设施,供使用者享受充满诗意的自然氛围。
The design places part of the medical school areas in the second Phase in the northeast of the site to create a relatively quiet space.Created as a tranquil park, the southern open spaces of Phases ll an lll are full of gardens, landscape facilities, walking paths,sunken courtyards,outdoor theaters, and other facilities, offering users a peaceful nature experience.

One of the most significant design opportunities to create an integrated campus was to bring together its three distinct functions: a world-class hospital, a clinical research center, and a talent education base.
B+H' s schematic design broke the traditional healthcare design mindset by blurring the boundaries between these spaces, creating a porous and integrated campus.A specially designed "freeway"is convenient for transit among the clinical spaces,research laboratories, and training areas, promoting interactions among patients,doctors, and researchers.
